I'm not sure how popular this would be. Many authors write stories that aren't fully complete and update them over time. As a result, transformation and weight gain can vary throughout the story. Setting an end weight would either give away the ending before the story is finished or wouldn't be an accurate reflection because the story is still ongoing. It would also require constant updates every time a new chapter is added.
You can search by transformation type, such as Immobility, Fit to Fat, or simply Weight Gain. So if you're specifically looking for weight gain stories, you should be able to find plenty by browsing or searching within those categories, without needing a end goal weight for the main category.
